Party Pros

Machines:

 - We have two twist machines that serve two flavors and a twist of the combination.

 - These can be rented individually or together if you plan on having a larger gathering.

(Graduation Idea: Put vanilla in both sides of the machine and add food coloring to achieve a swirl

of school colors!)

Ice Cream Mix:

 - We use real dairy soft serve ice cream mix and offer both chocolate and vanilla in half gallon cartons.

 - For estimation purposes, each half gallon will provide 15 medium sized cones or cups.

 - The cost of each carton is $10.00. 

 - We deliver the mix with the machines and do not take back any unused cartons.

 - The mix does require refrigeration or coolers that you will need to provide. 

 - Spokane Swirl will provide all ice cream mix. We do not allow individuals to make or provide their own.

Delivery:​​

 - Machines are delivered and picked up within a 12-mile radius of Downtown Spokane.

 - Delivery and setup are included in the price of the rental. 

 - If you live outside the 12-mile radius we can deliver for a 25.00 one time delivery fee.

 - Machines will be delivered 45 min before the start of your event to ensure ice cream is cold and ready!

Setup: 

 - The ice cream machines are heavy and will come attached to a heavy duty wheeled cart.

 - If you have significant stairs to the location, please have two adults available to help lift the machine. 

 - The machines must remain attached to the cart and we will provide a skirt to go around the cart.

 - A power source will need to be provided along with level ground for the cart to sit on.

 - An extension cord will be provided if needed.
